Lamb stock is an excellent source of collagen, glucosamine, chondroitin, gelatin, amino acids, minerals, and other compounds. And besides the nutrient benefits, it will add a richness and depth of flavour to any soup, stew, risotto, or other dish that you use it in – or use it as a drink.
