Pre-Order Item. Priced per pound by hanging weight. A side of pork typically weighs 80-100 lbs hanging. There is always a waste factor when buying by the side. Your take home weight will be approximately 33% less than hanging. All processing fees are included with the exception of curing/smoking costs of hams & bacons ($25 extra per). Any sausage made is also subject to extra fees.
